Description: Butternut Ridge Farm is the home of Thera-Pets, a ministry and service of bringing animals to nursing homes,
group homes, day homes, hospitals, schools, etc. I retired in May 2003 to get ready for this new career. We had the animals
we thought we needed and were on our way, when on June 4, 2004 we had a barn fire and lost 130 animals, every building
and piece of machinery. The summer and fall have been spent rebuildin and rising up from our own ashes. Butternut Ridge Farm is breeding high quality miniature donkeys, where the welfare of the animal is always our number one concern. Visitors are always welcome but an appointment is helpful and necessary if you
want to do more than just look!!"
